Overall great product
Packaging from Epson wasn't great the adf part was broken but replaced the product and the replacement had loose screws and parts but function wise printer is best

Please Don't buy from amazon
Worst experience genuinely I got this product from amazon with paylater option.i got a defective piece .when I ordered 7 days replacement it showed but when I tried to replace no extra printer is available for exchange it showing.when I contacted Amazon they are saying we are only selling platform contact to service people and service people are saying that spare part won't come under warrenty. I am collecting all documents now to file a case in consumer court. So please don't but products from amazon. Worst service they are providing now.

Working as advertised
The printer works as advertised and is a good work horse but the print quality is not that good in colour and makes a dull printout.

I changed Maintenance box 4 times a months it's costs 1000 rs and ink cost high .... Papper jammed most of time .... Maintenance cost over

Great for small offices with moderate volume
After buying this printer, I am regretful that for past 10-15 years I only stuck with the pricier HP models. This is a great printer for offices that have moderate volume of printing.PROs1. Cheaper than HP but better.2. Ink is waterproof and really lasts for long(I print mostly text), economical3. Reliable compared to HP4. Print quality is crisp laser-like5. Duplex works great(only A4)6. ADF also works very well and seldom pulls double pages if paper id fed properly7. Print speed is fast enough for a ink tank printerCONs1. Copy speed is not the best2. First page out on a wifi is bit slowOverall highly recommend to buy as this will serve most of your basic everyday purpose. I still regret having used only HP for so many years. I am loving my EPSON.
