My husband bought this for me for Valentine's Day and within a week, our 6 month old puppy had found and chewed the charging cord. I looked but couldn't find a replacement of the same design and thought it was all for lost. But I reached out by email to the manufacturer to see how much they would charge to replace it. Clearly I was fully at fault, but they happily sent a new cord free of charge - and 2nd day air! I can't say enough about their quick and friendly service! I would recommend their products (which are good!) to anyone just based off of the service I received.

It was great but after not even two months it won't charge. Email was sent 4 days ago with no reply.

Definitely worth the money ! This was my first time buying a toy , and in the end , it was a great experience. The adjustable settings on it provide enough intensity at just the right time. Great to use alone and even more fun with a partner ! Very happy happy with this purchase !

So sad! I bought this in February and it stopped charging yesterday. Very disappointing and surprised.

I'm completely sold on my new toy. The materials are incredible, its got plenty of power, and the settings are great! I would definitely recommend this to a friend.... I actually already did. Well worth the price.

I really like the device but the battery won't hold a charge now. I can't find the manufacturer contact information so I can't reach out to see if anything can be done.
