I use this to supplement on busy weeks sometimes I forget my protein which for my energy is important. I can tell a difference from when I do and don’t use. Taste is okay but if you are already used to supplementing you know this is a factor. I get a small boost of energy but not like coffee but like I too something my body needed. I dint use the full dosage. Maybe half.

I LOVE THIS PROTEIN!!! I had the sleeve done almost two years ago and the protein shakes made me nauseous!!!!! I cant drink them anymore. This is a heaven sent! I I take my 64 grams of protein a day in shots and it takes my appetite completely away!!!! Literally!!! I don't get hungry at all....No late night munchies!!!! I got the orange and the flavor is not bad to me at all! I shoot it back and go on about my day!!!! I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!

Tried it to boost protein in honey bee syrup. Mixed with essential oil the bees can’t detect it or they don’t mind it. Bees are healthy looking so far in dead of winter.

I had surgery and took this as a supplement for skin healing. It's a bit bitter but I bought orange and mixed with a little OJ in a shot glass. It's not supposed to be for pleasure, just drink it. I healed super quickly. I learned about this product because I used to give it to my patients who needed help healing wounds. It's really excellent.
