It works, but I wouldn't buy it again.
Most of what I have seen is junk, but this seems to be a well made, solid bag (but you can see most of that from the pictures). Our Evenflo Maestro (an amazingly priced, 11 pound, 5-point harness car seat/booster with 2 cup holders rated a best bet booster by IIHS) fits nicely with quite a bit of room in front for additional items (i.e. good for diapers, wipes, toys, etc.). Using the handle at the top, my 36 pound four year old was able to pull it around the house easily (of course, that is most likely because we have a light weight car seat). The handle is also a soft material (not the stiff, woven stuff that eventually hurts your hands when carrying). The wheels seem study and not wobbly. I also tested the shoulder and waist straps, and they seem to position the bag well for this 5 ft 4 in woman. Of course, there is no way that carrying a giant car seat on your back isn't going to be awkward, but good back support and free arms is important. I doubt I would use the shoulder strap, but it looks serviceable. The additional carry bag seems a bit of overkill.I am going on a trip shortly, and will report back on my experience.***Update 2/26/2017So I went on my trip with this, a carry-on bag, a regular checked suitcase, and my four year old. For the most part, it works. However, I did have a hard time in the airport taking out and tucking in the pieces of shoulder straps. The upper parts of the shoulder straps click into corresponded lower straps. The upper straps fit into a zip pocket which works well, except when there is a car seat in the bag and there is no clearance behind the zip pocket. The lower straps tuck into the tiniest hole you can imagine a few inches above the wheels. It's just such a tight squeeze for both sets of straps, and given the stress of air travel, ended up being a little stressful and hard on the hands. After trying once, I just ended up wheeling it around, although wearing it on the back is much more convenient when you have to control a young child, push a suitcase, and still manage another carry-on bag. Also it's not set up to strap onto a suitcase nicely so that's out. If I could do it again, I would have bought something else.

This is the best car seat bag I have used!.... Until...
Update to my glowing five star review. Had this bag for a little over a year and have probably done five round trip flights with it. On our way to our last flight in December of 2018, we noticed that one of the bags wasn't rolling well. That's because both wheels were broken. Then we looked at our other bag and saw that those wheels are on their way to breaking. The wheels are not seated/sturdy enough to use as a wheeled bag. They need to have rubber skate wheels, but the ones on the bag are a cheap plastic. Also, one of the zippers is getting ify on one bag. There is still nothing better that I can find, but just be aware. I'm just going to have to design my own. We've used several of these bags that haven't lasted and this one is outstanding. The only negative thing I could say about this bag, and I mean the ONLY negative is that the zippers could be stronger. We haven't had a problem with the zippers, but the potential is there. I would easily pay another 20 or 30 dollars to have stronger zippers. If you travel with large care seats, this is the way to go. Our car seats are big convertible seats and they fit in this bag with room to spare. The bags come with a carrying case and the fold up neatly. The carry case bag zippers are not good quality, but you don't need them to be.The material is strong, wheels are sturdy, and it's roomy. And it can be used as a backpack. I would recommend to anyone I know.

Awesome features, but thinly padded
I wish I could give this 4.5 stars. Overall, it seems to be a good car seat travel bag with AWESOME features. There are just one or two things I don't like quite as well as our other car seat bag (a J.L. Childress). Here are the pros & cons so far, and I will update with how it holds up after a few flights.Pros:-WHEELS!!! I love that this has wheels so you can pull it.-Lots of options. In addition to the wheels, they include a removable shoulder strap. There are also backpack straps hidden in a thin zipper pocket. If you choose to use the backpack carry, it also has another small zipper pocket that hides a flap to covers the wheels so they won't dig into your back.-Straps inside. You can use them or not, but they actually thought to include two nylon straps inside the bag to secure your carseat to the bag. I hope the zipper will hold up, but at least if it doesn't, the bag won't totally fall off.-Feet. It has 5 little feet on the bottom of the bag to hold it steady (upright) & protect the bottom a little better than other bags. Also the bottom is solid, not soft like our other bag.-Carry bag for the bag. The whole thing folds up & fits into another bag, slightly larger than a briefcase. Our other car seat bag only came with a narrow velcro strap to kinda tie around it.Cons:-It is padded, but not very WELL padded. The padding is thin & feels kinda cheap compared to the Childress bag. They did so great with all the other features, I just wish they had put a little more effort into this area.-It's kinda narrow! Fits an infant seat with base just perfect. (Mine is a Graco Snugride35.) The second seat we're taking is a Graco My Ride 65. It fits, but BARELY! It's really tight. If we had to take our larger All-in-1 seat, there's no way it would work with this bag. I suspect that this will be too tight across for a lot of car seats.
