Upon purchasing the Ailaka Height Increase Shoe Insoles, I was hopeful that these insoles would be a game-changer in terms of comfort, support, and height increase. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to provide a more detailed and candid 2-star review.One of the main selling points of these insoles is the claim of “super shock absorption” due to the elastic PU material and GEL pad under the heel and forefoot. However, I must admit that I was quite disappointed with their shock-absorbing capabilities. While they may offer a minimal level of shock absorption, they didn’t fully deliver on reducing stress and discomfort during high-intensity exercises. As someone who engages in regular running and various sports activities, I was expecting these insoles to help alleviate issues like shin splints and runner’s knee. Regrettably, they didn’t provide the level of support and cushioning I needed, leaving me feeling fatigued and sore after extended periods of activity.Another claim that caught my attention was the promise of invisibility, allowing me to discreetly increase my height without anyone knowing. However, in reality, this claim was far from accurate. Yes, the insoles are relatively discreet, but expecting them to be completely undetectable under all types of footwear is unrealistic. The height increase they add is quite noticeable, especially in shoes with a lower profile. As someone who values versatility and subtlety, I found myself feeling self-conscious during social events or occasions where I wanted to appear naturally taller. This limited their usability for me, especially in settings where appearances matter.Furthermore, while the insoles boast about providing all-day comfort, my experience with them fell short in this regard as well. Come on time with a lovely thank you card for buying. Bought to reveal a tendonopathy unfortunately they’re too high for my use. Which is my fault for buying too high of a heel .

Perfect for me having had a hip operation that left me with a shorter right leg , as I could cut both the left and the right insert to a right hand profile, thus having 2 right leg inserts for 2 pairs of my trainers. An excellent product that I would buy again to stop any future problems in my left hip .

Solid and feels good. Definitely use in boots though. Not good for shoes.
