Best non-stick pans I've ever ownef
I'm not a chef but I am a great cook. It's my hobby. I say I have "tools", not pans. My last non-stick were Tramontina and they truly sucked. Outside stained badly. I've owned many others by Cuisinart, T-fal, Calphalon, Oxo, and many others over the past 50 years. GreenPan is by far the best. I've been using them for 3 months, always putting the in the dishwasher, and they look as good as they did on day 1. I'm not a chef, but I am a passionate home cook — it's my hobby. I don’t just use pans; I use tools. Over the past 50 years, I’ve owned cookware from Cuisinart, T-fal, Calphalon, OXO, and many others. My last non-stick set was from Tramontina, and frankly, it was disappointing — the exteriors stained badly and didn’t hold up.

Easy to use and cooks well
My husband likes to cook breakfast, that’s the up side, the down side is he’s hard to please, when it comes to his pans. We have purchased many sets over the years with him becoming unhappy quickly with the one he uses for scrambling eggs. These were recommended by our daughter, after she found a box of used skillets in the attic, so we purchased and tried them. I’m absolutely pleased and my husband hasn’t complained so I’m thinking, if the egg master is happy, I’m happy. They come with clear simple directions on how to use and take care of them, if you follow them, I think you will be pleased too.

It sticks !!!!
Okay, I sure hope people who are considering buying these pans will read this! When I considered buying these pans, I read the reviews by members of the Amazon community. I was confused because some of you said they were really great and some of you said they were terrible. Now I know why. I bought them, an 8" and a 10" skillet. I used the 8" one first and it worked fine. Food didn't stick without shortening and clean-up was a breeze. Eventually, I got around to using the 10" skillet and the difference was amazing. It may not have been the first time, but very soon food began to stick to the surface. Now I treated these two skillets exactly the same. I don't own a dish washer, I didn't overheat either of them, and all I use is dish soap and water. So, in a nutshell, if you buy these skillets, you're taking a chance on getting some (or one) really great coated NON-stick pans or not. I'm a little glad that it happened to me and that I can share this with you. I ended up donating the 10" skillet to Salvation Army and buying a Cuisinart 10" coated skillet. I've only used it once and there wasn't a problem but that tells me nothing. I hope it works like my 8" Greenpan!Added info;......I've come back to this review of my rating. I'd prefer to change my rating to no stars!! No Kidding! Originally I said the 8 inch skillet worked fine. It did for a while but it began to stick a little after I wrote my review. Things like cheese or egg yolk would be difficult to remove and often I'd need to wash the surface with more than a little effort to remove remnants. At this point, I'm forced to buy a replacement. I must emphasize that I've always washed these skillets by hand and never used anything abrasive or anything other than dish soap on them. I'm really disappointed!!! I purchased them on the advice of Consumers Reports which I've found to be seldom wrong. Boy! did they screw up this time. DON'T BUY THESE!!!

Game-changer
This is a wild one. So there were sales going on on Amazon, I was eyeing some of those All-Clads. But the thing is I already had All-Clad in the past, so I knew what to expect. All these top brands are meh.My go-to pan before this was https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08Y7LJMY4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Very good product, it's just that I ended up being stupid and scratched it :(So I was debating: a) buy the same Tiborang again (it is good!) and try not to scratch again, b) awww nice deals on premium All-Clad, c) fishing expedition. So I did some research on c) as I wanted to try something different this time. The non-stick, whether All-clad or off-brand names, are generally similar. They're great until I destroy them, and maybe I don't want to destroy the more-expensive All-Clad?So I decided to try this Green Pan thing. But the one that was on sale for Amazon big day thingy was NOT conducive to induction. Big bummer. But at this point, after all my reading, I was determined to get something new (gotta replace that scratched pan nevertheless). I opted to get the induction version, which is this "Valencia Pro" line they have.HOLY SMOKES! I feel like I was living under a rock. This surface is amazing. Stuff is sliding all around it like crazy. Eggs do still need some help, but some more coconut oil underneath would help. It is still very much better and more non-stick than anything I used before, whether All-Clad or Calphalon or other brands. This thing is SLICK! I just cooked some stir-fry using kung-pao sauce that usually tends to stick when temps get a little high. Not on this thing! Everything slides, I merely use paper towels to wipe it down to get her prepped for next course. Now, I dont know how this will hold up for many more months, only 2+ weeks using it so far. But this is by far the best cooking experience for a dummy that I've ever had. I wish I had bought this thing years ago. This is a game-changer, if she can sustain it for months to come.
