Clear Video
I would like to say the video and sound are great. Better then other higher end stuff. The easy app and service for my questions was what I needed. I also ordered two more cameras. I’d buy again

The cameras survived hurricane Ian
The base station comes with two rectangular shaped outdoor cameras and their mounting hardware, USB charging cables, one black Ethernet cable and one AC adapter. All items are black. In the setup guide, it tells me to connect the base station to my router with the provided Ethernet cable and connect the AC adapter to it. The cameras have built-in batteries so I charged them fully before installation. I then downloaded according to the guide the Arpha app available in Google Play and Apple App Store. However, once I installed the app on my Android phone, I noticed it looks identical to an app I already have installed, SmartLife, which works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. I didn’t want another app to take up space on my phone, so I tried to connect the base station to SmartLife and lo and behold, it worked. I turned on Bluetooth and the SmartLife app detected the new device and I only had to tap once to have the base station bound to my SmartLife account. Then I connected the two cameras to the base station via the app, too. They connected almost immediately. So, I uninstalled the Arpha app and was relieved that I could save some space on my phone. Next I installed the cameras outside. I used the mounting hardware and attached them to metal poles in front of my home. One camera facing my front door, the other facing the front yard and my parking space. I attached them to the poles with heavy duty outdoor zip-ties that are UV light resistant. I led the zip-ties through the holes of the mounting hardware where usually the screws go through. My installation turned out to be tough enough to withstand the elements as hurricane Ian didn’t blow away any of my cameras. Due to the storm, I was over a week without power and internet. Once my electric company, FPL, restored power and Comcast brought back my Internet, I learned that the cameras themselves also didn’t suffer any internal damage from the storm. They seem to be two tough cookies. I could view the live streams of the cameras again without any issue and a few recordings triggered by motion detection. To store any footage, I have inserted a class 10 SD card in the back of the base station. I formatted it within the app before using it for recordings. I know there is cloud storage available but so far, I don’t need that. One thing I miss in the Detection Alarm Settings is an option to exclude zones from detection. However, I could set the sensitivity level of the alarm to low. This way, I get almost exclusively alerted when people are in front of my door or a car approaches my home in front of it. The SmartLife app also displays the current charge of each battery. I can initiate two-way communication with a single tap and speak with someone at the door if I get a motion detection alert. The speakers are loud enough to carry a conversation with noise around like a lawn mower. I added the base station to the home screen so I have one-tap access to both cameras. The base station keeps recordings of all motion detections in a 64GB SD card I inserted in the back and I can review any footage from as far back as storage space permits. I can also transfer recordings to my phone if I want to share them or store a copy of those recordings somewhere safe as the base station overwrites the oldest recordings if the SD card runs out of space. By the way, the cameras have been outside for over a month now and their batteries are still over 90% charged. So, I guess I have to recharge the cameras only a few times a year.

Good Value for price
I purchased this last year. So far I only had to charge them twice. Keep in mind, depends on how much traffic that triggers the motion detection. I found an issue with them. That's why I gave them 3 stars across the board. The issue was the "MICRO CARD" was not recording video. This micro card is not compatible to record video. I had to purchase one which is an extra cost. After I replaced the micro card the issue was resolved. So for the price for a wireless camera I am happy with this system. Yes as I see the comments about the motion detection. If the camera misses something. The play back video records the rest to see what the camera missed. Also has a clean look not to have wires running all around the house.

Great for the price!
So far I just unboxed these cameras, and I'm impressed on how they where packaged. They seem well built, doesn't feel cheaply made. Comes with everything I need to set up. I have bought multiple different cameras for more money, they all felt cheap and didn't last more than a year. I will be installing these cameras by the weekend and can't wait to see how well they work! More to come after install.

Full of features and ease of setup.
Finally, i've found something that doesn't break the bank. Build quality of the cameras and hub are solid. The cameras are really small and easy to mount with the included hardware. The app works as expected. Setting up was a breeze! Two screws thru the little round base, then screw the camera onto the mount. When you need to recharge, you just unscrew the camera and plug into a standard micro USB cable and charge approximately 3 hours. Camera quality and audio quality are really top notch. The app has settings for motion detection sensitivity and AI for detecting people. The best thing about this is no subscription needed and it support SD Card to store the video locally. Not only that but SD Card slot is located at the home base which is very smart. If we lose the cameras, we still can access the videos from the home base. Another great thing about it is the 2 away audio where we can speak to the people outside of the house. Last but not least, the camera works with Alexa with simple commands. They claimed it works with Google Assistant as well but i can't test that feature because i'm using Alexa only. With all these features, anyone would love to try this out. You won't regret for sure!

up date. my bad.
wanted to set things right. did not see in paper instructions where it said to download app first before plugging in home base. just rewatched a you tube video and the gentleman stated to first download the app before doing anything else. did not mean to mislead. should have watched the video closer. it did arrive in less than 24 hrs and all the pieces seemed very sturdy. can't say how well they worked since i never got that far but for the money it would probably be worth another try. again sorry for the miss information. if i actually had used it i would more than likely given a higher rating.
