I would like to start with the product itself. It feels very sturdy and is not as large as it looks which is a good thing. I was surprised that it actually has English verbal commands as you press the remote to change modes. It is very easy to use.You need to know what you are buying. This is similar to a tens unit but fits perfectly on your neck without all the wires. It has built-in heat which has the perfect temperature. It will automatically tell you when the massage is over and turn itself off. I suffer from neck pain and this was like magic…instantly fell in love with it.I did find it better to use a little gel on the pads to feel the stimulation more but it’s not required. I recommend this to anyone that has neck/shoulder issues and need a ‘tens’ like massage. I almost forgot to mention there are several types of stimulations you can choose from. It’s a great product!

I use this every day when I get home from a 12 hour work shift. It IS the electrode method of massage, which freaks som people out, but I like it. Plus the heat option is really relaxing at the end of the day. It’s light weight and not big and bulky like some over the neck massagers. I love it.

Tried it at my friends house and love it. I got one for myself and gave as a gift, it’s been such a great purchase.

Not what I expected

I had surgery few years ago for my herniated cervical spine. So when I saw this I had to try it!! I love it!!!! Great product, very soothing for my neck and helps my circulation! Thank you!!!!

I love this i had been suffering with neck pain for over 4 or 5 months went to pain doctors with no avail so i tried this and after about 3or 4 days pain is gone i continue to use it every other day for a few minutes to keep pain away.

I was leary how well this product would work but I am amazed how good I feel after I use it

Works well for a little massage tense unit affect with a little heat. It has multiple types of massage and would be better if it had come with more detailed instructions of use. The usb recharge is nice.

Ich liebe dieses Nackenmassagegerät einfach und nachdem mein Altes kaputt geworden ist hab ich mich wegen einem Neuen umgesehen. Dieses ist natürlich schon viel besser es braucht keine Batterien mehr. Ich werde sogar begrüßt und es spricht mit mir. Bin auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden und hoffe dass es lange funktionieren wird weil da wäre ich dann schwer enttäuscht.

no trae instrucciones en español y la voz tampoco se puede cambiar el idioma o al menos yo no se como porque no veo que alla ninguna app, para poder controlar ese tipo de cosas, si sabeis si se puede cambiar la voz del aparato os agradeceria me informeis gracias, no entiendo que todo venga en ingles y sin explicaciones ni manual en español en fin NO SE , me parece que no es, lo mejor
