My antivirus software (ESET) would not allow access to the download site. I disabled the antivirus software and downloaded the install and manual. Since I was blocked from the site I scanned everything for viruses and nothing was found.I installed the software and was able to configure the camera on my wired network. The documentation suggests changing the password to the camera, but doesn't bother to tell you how. You need to connect directly to the camera's IP address to change the password to the camera.I configured the wireless network using software and it tested fine, however after disconnecting the camera from the network cable and power cycling the camera I was unable to get video from the camera over the wireless network. I have not spent more time on it as this was a side project for me. I had no issues when the camera was wired, but have not been able to get video when the camera is wireless.

Huge pain to set up. What should have taken a short time and been painless, took way too long and was consumed with much frustration. Directions were awful and quick set up did not work. Pan and tilt, while slow, work well. Zoom does not. Picture quality is not great. I also wish the lens had a larger degree span. However, the audio feature does not have any noticeable delay, so that's a plus.Debating whether it is "good enough" for my purpose, or to return for refund.Probably worth the cheap price, but would definitely had preferred to pay a bit more for a better product.Update...played with the focus a bit, picture quality got better. Still not perfect, but better!Not a bad product for the price.

Couldn't get it to work with WiFi. The app download link in the instructions points to a corrupt App pkg file. The App from the Play store wasn't able to sync up. Apparently it does that via sound (which is clever) but it just didn't work. The instructions were too sparse to troubleshoot it. The app asks "do you hear the sound?". Not sure which sounds, but at one point I got the camera to make a sound like a dial tone on an old PSTN phone line, said "Yes" in the app. Then the phone produced a minute worth of data transmission beeping sounds and then reported it can't find the camera.I did get it to work with a wired connection, though. Not clear how to get it to work wirelessly at that point.

Similar to another buyer, the cameras paired with my iPhone and worked fine within the household (as if were using as a baby monitor), however I couldn't get it to work remotely via the wireless connection which was my intent to check in on my dog when out and about. I installed and reinstalled as advised by seller's comments to another unsuccessful installer, but without success either. I'm disappointed and am returning these today.

I was able to configure the two cameras I got. I had an issue with the power supply, but the seller helped me, every things is running fine. Very recommendable cameras, good resolution & work fine.

great camera

Bought one for my house, connects fine and works great on the Camhi app, so I purchased 3 others for my office. They worked great for the first few weeks, now they won't connect AT ALL. I've rebooted them and it doesn't make a difference if I'm in the building (on the same wifi as the cameras are, or at home, they just take forever, then say disconnected) the one at home works perfectly, sounds like my second order of three other cameras were lemons. Too long to start a return and ZERO customer support (only number I can find is in China and is disconnected)
