So here's my story. Started out with a big challenge but ended ok - bought camera, setup was rather quick, however issue was to get it connected remotely when not on the same wifi as the router in the house. I struggled for 2 months, and exchanged many emails with their support, who were very responsive even on weekends, and even had their engineer set up the camera for me. In the end, they offered another camera or to replace it. Then, after a couple of months I upgraded their mobile application and it simply worked! Might have been they fixed something but anyways I can now connect remotely. So the experience was a drag, however given their customer service and willingness to make me happy, plus the fact that the camera is a good camera, I give it a 3 star rating.The camera itself is good, it can resist outside weather, the built in SD card is convenient, the interface is ok, and connecting to it and setting it up is quick (now that the remote connection has been sorted out).

This is a very decent outdoor wireless IP camera for the price. IP cameras are always challenging to set up, so consumers are often frustrated with them. This one is well made with a machined aluminum body and . It produces a nice picture with good exposure in the day and has a decent night vision picture as well. This one doesn't tilt pan or zoom and it has no audio, but for the price, its still a bargain.

Purchased 2 of these cameras, set up was easy. I had he App downloaded and on my phone within minutes, the camera picked up the wifi and started sending a signal shortly after. The picture is incredible, never miss a thing with the motion detection alerts direct to my phone. Looking to purchase more for my whole house. Price is reasonable for how fantastic the camera is. Free SD card is a great value!

Great camera for the money very good picture and night vision

Can't seem to get it connected because of the wires hanging off the camera. Can't find how to connect it without putting holes through the walls. I'm a bit disappointed. Looks like a waste of money. I'll try to find someone who can help me with it.

Must return. Security camera came in a different kind of cameras box. Even the instruction manual inside was for a different camera so I could not set up the one I got... (I received the camera in the product descriptions picture, however the manual and box was for a dome like camera).
