Amazing lures - The 6" Jointed Saltwater Version w/ Two Treble Hooks
I bought two of these one for day silver/red and one black for nightime fishing stripers. Only had an hour today before a crazy storm blew in but just wanted to cast them out to get a feel for it. I've never seen a lure that looks and floats and dives like a plug, have the same characteristics of a multi jointed swim bait.Totally unique, I bet we're going to catch a bunch with these being able to control depth but while also having the movement of live bait. Loved it so much I bought another on it's way to a buddy so we can fish these together. The 6" jointed saltwater version is the way to go, otherwise it's basically a diawa sp minnow. Strong hooks and hardware, 1oz weight for a nice long cast, weight inside is at the top and rattles. Your tackle box/bag deserves these.

This lure CRUSHES it
I don't usually post reviews and I don't work for Bomber! But this lure saved my trip. I fished this lure on a tough water level trip in the Columbian Amazon. This lure and color crushed the fish. In truth I had this lure from an earlier trip 10+ years ago on a previous Amazon journey and it stayed in the box in favor of top waters. Looking back it was a mistake. I pulled it out on this trip to Columbia BC the fish were holding deeper and I used this lure and a jig the entire trip. I caught Peacocks galore to 15 lbs and even an 18lb catfish! Fish this lure and Book Alan Zaremba in Las Lagunas and go get them! I ordered a bunch for my next trip and am excited to use these locally for big tarpon and snook in the Everglades.

Great quality lurez as always
This thing is huge lol. I got it for some brackish water fishing, but the trip got canceled due to this forsaken Corona virus... maybe I can catch a muskie on it though.

Requesting replacement.
On Friday morning Virginia Beach surf fishing, after about 30 cast I reeled this lure in broken as shown. Maybe it’s defective or is this something I should expect casting into the surf. Anyway I am not happy about it. I was using a 10 Ft. Medium heavy penn prevail, with okuma Rex arena reel. It cast well, floats/swims well as far as I could tell.

Great for Salmon
I use these salmon fishing. The fish love them but they take a toll on the lures. Best advice put a good ball bearing swivel a couple feet up the line and use a quality snap swivel/ball bearing combo in front of the bomber. You will still straighten a split or hook every once in awhile but well worth it. I have changed out the hooks and split rings on many of the lures and that has helped as well.

My favorite swimming plug to fish from the surf, jetty, shore or boat for stripers and blues.
The Bomber Magnum Long A is my favorite swimming plug to fish from the surf, jetty, shore or boat for stripers and blues. Also great for trolling. Very solidly built from polycarbonate plastic (tough stuff!) and a must for the tackle box. Favorite colors are silver flash/red head, silver flash/blue back, silver flash/black back & dark green mackerel. I also like the Cotton Cordell 7" Red Fin, but the Bomber Long A casts further.

Can't go wrong with a Bomber
Been using Long A's for 25 years now. When conditions are right these are my go to lures for striped bass and blues. They last forever as long as you swap out the hooks when they rust and can keep from breaking your line and losing them
