I take for joint pain as I dont want to take ibuprofen...unfortunately they cannot be used as an exact alternative still taking pain killers

As with all supplements, what works for one, won't necessarily work for another but my partner has arthritis in his hands and say (or he feels) Curcumin helps alleviate some of his inflammation. At the very least, it isn't causing any side effects so for him, he believes this works and continues to take daily.This brand is good quality and provides 3 months worth taking 1 daily. At £17.99 with a 5%discount (at time of review) they are a tad steep compared to others we have used of similar quality and with more tablets. The ingredients seem good quality and are in a decent dose, the tablets are easy to swallow and have not produced any side effects. Overall, impressed with this but unless becomes cheaper, will return to previous brands.

Both my partner and I have taken curcumin for around 2 years now and it makes a huge difference to our pain levels. I have spinal stenosis as well as rheumatoid arthritis in my knees, my left elbow and shoulder.My regular brand has the amount of curcumin clearly listed on the label, these have the amounts listed on the ingredients section showing they contain 450mg of turmeric powder from which there is 13.5mg of curcumin and 150mg of turmeric extract of which 142.5mg is curcumin. The capsules also contain black pepper which helps the body absorb the curcumin better. I normally take a higher dose of curcumin, but this is ideal for folk new to it or for lighter aches and pains.These capsules arrive hygienically sealed, they are medium sized and easy to swallow, there is no aftertaste and I do not get any acid reflux from these.I switched over to these from my regular brand and found that I do need 2 a day but they do work well.

I find this a good option for my back pains caused by muscle spasms. Taken regularly I don't have any issues. That said, I've had good results from other brands too. This one is working for me without any problems

I’m using a number of Desejr supplements from this Danish brand and been really happy with them. They are reasonable priced whilst not compromising quality. If they can be made vegan they can and they use vegetarian shell capsules which is appreciated. You also get a very long expiry date of a couple of almost 3 years so plenty of time to use. The capsules are of a size that are easy enough to swallow. They comes boxed with a container inside.You get 90 capsules here and the recommended daily serving is 1 so this should last you around 3 month. You are getting a decent dosages of 450 mg here.With the current voucher on the product page it makes it even better value for money. Certainly one to consider and I find this helps support my joints and ease aches.
