Works Great
This works great. I would buy it again ....I'm being a little picky, but it sure would be nice if I didn't have to remove the "lines" every time I wanted to add chemical to the unit. At some point the "seals" will wear out. I bought two quick disconnects and placed inline on inbound and outbound lines.

Not easy to refill
My biggest complaint is the ability to refill with new fertilizer. It works fine but install in area that is easily accessible. You have to remove the top which has the two lines connected. You can disconnect but then you have to reconnect. Difficult process for just adding some fertilizer. I think for this much money they could have resolved this much easier. Needs more engineering.

3 months done
Purchased September it's now December blew up today 12/24/22! I have fescue I water year round no irrigation pipe busted ever but this tank obviously can't handle a little freeze. Hopefully ezflow can see this and make it right but I doubt it. I'm sure they will say you need to unhook and put inside during cold fronts but what good is that when the Temps reach 70 tomorrow its obviously not set it and forget it. Plus like I said standard 1" pvc pipe didn't bust but this tank is in pieces! Not happy at all!

Ez setup and it just works
Digging the hole was by far the worst part. I added soil conditioner, humid acid / mycorrhizal fungi mix, and turf fertilizer. My lawn is now doing very well and my shrubs like it too! You refill about once a month / 6 weeks depending on the season (hotter weather = more water = more refills). It takes about 5 minutes to set the flow rate on the lid and the closure amount on the mixing valve. An output flow meter would be helpful to determine the exact dosing.Contrary to some of the negative reviews, it isn’t supposed to mix all of the liquid / solid fertilizer into one big mass. It aggitates a little at a time and fills will water from the top so that the fertilizer concentration / dosing stays constant until it is empty. If you open and see the fertilizer on the bottom, good!!! …it is working. Read the manual so you know how to operate. If it is going to freeze there are a couple of potential problems. 1) This thing clearly states air in the system will cause it to break, maybe rupture. The tiny water inlet and outlet pipes will freeze fast, maybe air in / maybe not. 2) if water is trapped in this already pressurized system, the expanding ice freezing will be more pressure than in your standard pipes, so it might break. The manual also warns against this. If you use in freezing weather, you might also be the kind of person that drives their car without oil in the engine. Good luck with that.

Some additional equipment necessary.
UPDATE. I'm not happy with the EZ-flo. If I could go back, knowing what I know now, I would not purchase it. I've pulled my hair out trying to consistently get product to enter the outgoing water line. In my experience, after a day of product sitting in the tank, it's settles down to the bottom and no amount of water pressure will prevent this. I've got a 1.5 horse pump and in the process of troubleshooting this, I've redirected ALL the water flow into the tank and it was not enough to mix it up. I've had this thing open a hundred times between now and when I posted the first review. I've tried different pressures, different amounts of chemical, different flow rates, I've opened up and inspected the valve internals. I've even tried numerous different hose lengths, tips, directions and angles in the tank. Nothing has worked. I had really high hopes for this product, the operating theory behind it is so simple, or so I thought, but apparently it's over my head. It's been frustrating but kinda fun I guess, trying different things. Ultimately, for me, the product is a dud. It's still out there, in the box, in the hole I dug for it. It'll be there next year and the year after, but only as a reminder. A reminder that even the best laid plans of mice and men oft go awry. Maybe I got a bit to close to the sun on this one. Thanks for keeping me humble EZ-flo, I'll give a 5 star review for that.Ok, is the product good? Yes it is. It's well built and should last a good long while, especially if it's in a container that protects it from the elements. The tubing is quality and can be easily purchased from any home improvement store, make sure to get the high pressure 1/4 in. line. The pressure relief valve is nice and the adjustable flow cap is quality as are the individual valves for inlet and outlet. The valve attachment for the irrigation line is a bit overpriced for what it is, I've already sourced my own parts to make my own when the time comes. As soon as I installed the system I noticed one singe glaring deficiency, there is absolutely no way to tell if product or how much product is entering the irrigation. EZ-Flo claims you can look at the outlet line opacity to determine if product is entering the irrigation but let me tell you, that method is garbage, it simply does not work. To work around this, I went to amazon and purchased this ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RYW9VQJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ). I installed it with two 1/4 threaded slip adapters from the Lowes Plumbing section. For about 20$ it made all the difference in my installation. As soon as I installed it I realized I had a 2 major problems. The first problem; I was getting zero flow on my front flower gardens that are on a separate timer and did not utilize my irrigation pump. The second problem, and this was a doozy, there was absolutely no product entering the irrigation regardless of whether the pump was on or off. I was able to clearly determine this because the clear plastic housing of the flow meter and go figure, the line opacity technique is worthless. After a disassembly of the cap I realized what exactly was going on. The inlet does two jobs, first it allows water to enter the tank, secondly and of equal importance, it projects a stream of water into the bottom of the tank that mixes the settled product. There simply was not enough pressure entering the tank to project a powerful enough stream of water to mix the contents, AT ALL. The solution was simple, turn the valve on the irrigation line between the inlet and outlet to create enough back pressure to introduce a higher pressure stream of water into the tank. The downside here is with all the water rushing past the halfway closed valve, it's going to erode and be in need of replacement within a relatively short time frame meaning in the future, I'll have to devise some method of replacement that doesn't necessitate tearing apart and re-gluing everything. With the valve partially closed, I can see product entering the flowmeter and as I adjust the flow on the cap, I can clearly see it darken as the flow increases. I was also able to adjust the irrigation valve until I observed the flow meter start to spin on my front flower beds. The point here, although longwinded, is that this system as sold is not complete, you must purchase a flowmeter. Without a flow meter you have absolutely no idea what your system is actually doing. It's a cheap part and will save you from applying absolutely nothing to your lawn like i did for the last month. EZ-Flo, if you're listening, include a cheap flow meter in with your product. It made all the difference in my installation. I hope this review helps someone. If I had known, it would have saved a ton of head scratching and wondering "WTF is wrong with this thing" over the last 4 weeks.

Purchased and still working 8 years later.
We purchased a new house approximately 9 years ago and our landscaper installed the EZ-Flo 1.5 Gallon Main-line Dispensing System for our desert landscaping in Las Vegas. We use the Grow More 5010 All Purpose Fertilizer 20-20-20, which lasts approximately 2 months - it's easy to determine if the fertilizer is running low as it is blue and you can see the color through one of the tubes from the dispensing system to the water line.We had one instance where the unit had an extremely small leak and contacted the manufacturer. Although the system was purchased and installed by our landscaper, the company replaced the main tank and provided great customer service. We're very happy with the system and customer support.
