Cute little pot designed to work!
Cute little pot! Actually size just right for distilled/purified water to clean sinuses. Use the salt packets that come with it. This really helps when your sinuses are inflamed & swollen. It is designed for ease of use. I was very happy with results of using which cleared my sinus congestion.

Great for sinus rinse
I use these in my sinus rinse bottle. I like they are individual uses. I have used them several times and still have a lot left. I just keep them in my closet whenever I have a problem with my sinuses. Just open up the packet and pour into the sinus rinse bottle. I always shake it up before use. That way the salt is evenly distributed.

HIGHLY recommend. Truly life changing for every time you get a sinus infection, etc.
[This might be gross]WOW. This was incredible. While pouring this solution through my sinuses was an absolutely miserable experience, it felt like snorting chlorine in a swimming pool. The aftermath was like coming up from the air after being stuck at the bottom of that same swimming pool for minutes. When I blew my nose directly after, I was completely blown away by the amount of stuff being held in my sinuses, and I felt like I could finally breathe normally for the first time in days.

The best easy to use nadi pot out there. Small portable and the design is perfect.

Had "hoped" to be less congested and clearer sinuses.
This product may work better for you than it did for me. I have a lot of breathing issues. I did not like the product. It felt to me like there was too much water left in my sinuses after the rinse. I think it left me more congested then when I started. Had a family emergency and I was too late to return product once I was home and able to give it a good few days try. My fault that I was too late to return it because of not getting to it quicker. I had high hopes for this to be able to help me. Hopefully it will be a better product for you. It was made very well. Thank you!
