I hate buying shoes online, but thank God no issues this time. The size was just right. I like that they are very soft and wide and very comfortable. Much wider than normal shoes - which is great for diabetic or chubby feet. I also really love the Velcro strap - at first, I was a little skeptical about that but it turned out to be very convenient. First of all, it allows me to make them tighter or looser. It's also much faster than tying shoelaces. Therefore, I’m all in!

I am a size 13EE and the shoe fits great. I like that the top closing strap has two strips to fasten it down for a adjustable fit. I put some feet arch supports in and I can adjust the feel. They have a light weight feel even for this size. They are comfortable to walk in.

As of this review, I have had these shoes for 8 months, and I really like them, EXCEPT...they're a bit larger sized than what I expected. It seems they are made, at least these a half or full size larger than the listed size. Tightening them up doesn't fully cinch them tight enough. Other than that, they are quite comfortable walking in as to the bottom and cushioning. With my feet swelling issues having almost gone away from the Lymphedema I have after having a gastric bypass and losing almost 140 pounds, that could be the reason they are so loose now. I will try a size smaller for my next purchase and see if those aren't a little tighter on my feet. By this time, from the shoes I use to buy at WM I would have had them, sort of bent to one side, as my feet are at a slight angle when I walk, and I wear out the outsides of shoes, not the insides. I walk on my outer, opposite side from my arch due to the way my feet are, and not having braces as a child, although I needed them. But, these shoes aren't deformed a bit, nor do they show deformation. I will be interested in seeing if a smaller size works just as well. All in all, I have to give them 5 stars, mostly because of my own feet disorder being the only issue I've had so far.

My husband has problem feet. Having had edema, he now has one foot that’s longer and wider than the other. So, he often has to size up and put an innersole in the shoe for the smaller foot. Finding a pair of shoes that doesn’t rub around his instep, pinch his toes or slide on his heel is ALWAYS an ordeal. In addition to the edema, he has a high instep. Thanks to Amazon’s “Try Before You Buy” program, he was able to try on a variety of sizes in this shoe. Although he came close to finding an acceptable pair in this style, he wasn’t able to get the width just right - the Wide wasn’t wide enough and the X-Wide was too wide. He tried putting several innersoles in an X-Wide but it raised his foot too high inside the shoe. But, he liked the shoe, especially the reinforced layers on the sole of the heel area that helps prevent turning the ankle. He also liked the way the Velcro straps held the foot firmly with no shifting. Although he had to go with another style, he particularly liked 2 features of this one: the adjustable straps and the large opening for inserting the foot even from a standing position. The only negative would be that the shoe doesn’t have enough innersole support to wear for long hours if you have problem feet. But for walking the dog, quick trips to the store and other errands, it's a great shoe that thankfully comes in a variety of sizes and widths.

The moment I put these shoes on they were comfortable in fact I was able to put the orthotics in along with the insole which fit real well these are comfortable and I'm glad I bought these I would recommend people to get these if you have orthotics or special foot issues and I love the appearance of these shoes got them at a very reasonable price they were on special and they are great value because Fitville are great in fact I have an older pair which has been good but I've been wanting to get a new pair for a while and these are it
