Perfect blanket for a light sleeper, keeps you in deep REM stage.
Beautiful quality, easy to care for and best of all - it has helped my daughter stay in a deep sleep, so important for my light sleeper in a college dorm that isn't all that quiet. ;-) Best money spent on a sleep aid!
