DeWalt zegt dat dit een heel soepele slang is. Nee, absoluut niet. Ja er zijn veel stuggeren. Maar deze is ook heel erg stug.Daarnaast ging hij al heel snel lekker bij een van de koppelingen. En mijn compressor komt niet eens boven de 8 bar.

I was looking for a shorter hose than the 10 metre one that came packaged with my new DeWalt portable air compressor and this 5 metre hose is perfect. The connections fit firmly and the flexibility is just right.

When this arrived I was well pleased. Heavy duty hose. Fittings looked solid. Putting together some shutters, using the hose for the third time, my compressor kept cycling. Couldn’t figure out what was up. I’m a little hard of hearing. But, second day on the shutters the leak was so bad and loud I finally heard it. Had my compressor cycle three times in half an hour. It’s been hooked up for maybe 8 hours total and we’ll stored and taken care of. Pretty disappointed in this product from DeWalt. Every tool I own is DeWalt made, but this will be my last hose. Also, I’m not running a big industrial shop compressor. It’s on a 10 liter battery run DeWalt light use compressor supplying air to an 18 gauge Brad nailer. I’m not overloading it, it’s just not fit for purpose.
