The 4.55 metres one is too large for my hand . I felt that it is better to go for a smaller one .

Buy the short one .
It's pretty much what you expect. It's not superior over other brands. All I needed was some protection to my knuckles and lock my wrist. As per other people's suggestion I got the long one. Its too long even for a bear's hand.It's absolutely unnecessary if you use gloves. Especially mma gloves. The fit is already tight.Get the smaller ones.
