These cords are attractive, and with included hardware, allow quick installation to position the socket where it's needed. Perfect for use with an LED-sensing light bulb, if the cord switch is hard to get to in a dark room, which is my application. Very stylish way to put up a temporary or permanent light in a needed location, with its long cord.

These light cords were perfect! I was impressed by the nice feel of the "twisted" cord and the length as well. I feel it was very high quality. I made my own corbel vintage lights and these cords were easy to install and looks great! I was also impressed by the way it came packaged, in a nice zip lock bag, like you would use for maybe school pencils, etc. Thank you for a great product!

Was looking around for some options to make a pendant bottle lamp and decided to give these a try.They really worked out well.I did have to cut off the receptacle and replace it with another but I anticipated having to do that.They are well made with a nice length which should work for placing the lamp just about anywhere.I really like that they have an on/off toggle switch.

I love the quality of the cord, the switch and the socket; all very good. I also like the added hardware to help you hang it. It took me a minute to figure out how to use it, but it is almost intuitive.My only complaint is that the in-line switch is so far away from the socket that, even though I have it hanging from the ceiling and it goes over a foot to the wall and down, the switch is literally resting on the floor! LOLIn what world is that is good place to put the switch? It should be about 5 or 6 feet from the socket so it will be at chest height making it easy to turn on and off.Don't you love all of these modern products designed by idiots? LOL But they graduated from product design school! Sorry to run on, but product after product after product! Enough already!

We used these to hang LED Edison bulbs for decorative lighting. The quality and appearance is very nice. Having a switch in-line and on the bulb holder both was an excellent bonus.

For those out there like me wondering if the socket comes apart so you can feed the wire through for Making your own lamp projects the answer is YES. Just take a paper clip and push in hole right next to where the wire goes in. It pops right out. I took a chance hoping it would work since no one on here said it would. Hope that helps. Had no light over my kitchen sink in my original 1915 kitchen. Now I do! I put in an amber Edison led bulb. Instant vintage look. Love the braided cord.Glad I bought three.I am thinking of using the other two on each side of the quest bed for a fun vintage look.
