MADE MY OWN
MADE MY OWN. Bought one years ago for a low price, printed on card, very useful. Whilst this plastic version may be more durable, it's more expensive. I have a full set of Polychromos greys warm and cool so I made my own card in a few minutes 😊

So useful
This is a great artist tool for getting that shade of grey just right

A good size and serves its purpose well.
This is a good size and serves its purpose well. The notches are especially helpful for comparison of value. The price is reasonable but I would have been happier if it were protected in some way or made of different materials. There was a slight blemish in the paper surface and it could easily be damaged. I would have been prepared to pay more for a more robust solution or alternatively a pack of 3.

Such an essential tool for art
This is an essential tool for the type of drawing I do.If there was any negative it would be price compared to other places but not even worth taking a star off for that

Faithful tonal range.
Good tonal range, but prone to tearing because of the ‘jigsaw’ cutouts which are a weak point.

Small
I like the dimensions of the holes, it's enough to gauge my value. It's a tad flimsy, but I keep it tucked in my sketchbook to prevent bending.

Does the job but a tad pricey
Just a little expensive for what it is but it works great and really improves all shading work using graphite. As a product I give it 5 stars, just a shame it is pricey.

Great for adjusting tonal values
Love this item for (in my case) digital painting and selecting wools for weaving, where I'm looking for a good balance of tonal values. The notches (if that's what "sheerness" refers to) enable more accurate comparison. The card is on the thin side, however, so I keep mine in its plastic packaging when not in use. To me it's invaluable, which is why I've given it 5 stars.
