Helps build confidence, easy to use, you can simulate a real life situation, but without the needle or drug. Can be used many times as it can be reset. Overcomes any hesitation in its use, as practice makes perfect. Follow product instructions.

Haven't used it yet but seems to be ok.Now that I have used it, the re-set mechanism seems to be a little flaky. Doesn't always like to reset. Shame as otherwise a reasonable trainer.Thus changes from 5 to 4 stars.Will revisit the review after more use.
