Product stated came with 12 accessories which were not sent. Yes I had to phone to chase up -then being told this wasn't the case! - but after further talks with their customer service - the remainder of the accessories that they didn’t include in original order were sent on a next day delivery at no charge to myself!The halagon oven itself is good quality - fast cooking - the timer function is great as you can just leave your meat or roast but if you forget to check back you know it won't be overdone!Definitely recommend!

This is my third halogen cooker and perhaps the best, especially on price. I always try to cook on bottom of oven so not to spit on the heating unit too much. This oven does toast, grill and roast on bottom tray superbly. Only niggles are the temperature and time dial mark could be more defined and the bowl holder could be slightly stronger plastic but works fine.

Would be better if the lid hinged, but does everything it should.

My big cooker broke and I’m not ready to buy a new one until I move so I was looking at toaster ovens just to bake with right now and came across this halogen oven and can honestly say I am happily surprised. I baked a steak pie last night and the crust was so flaky and the pie cooked from frozen. The accessories that come with it are great although I’ve not figured out how to use the lifter thingy yet. The oven is pretty big and easy to use. I highly recommend this oven. I may update this after a couple months

Best thing we have bought for the kitchen, we only use our main oven a couple of times a week now with everything else down to this one.It works very well, the cook times about the same but no preheat needed, you need to be careful unloading at the end of cooking due to it getting very hot but the saving in energy is well worth it.

It's been a bit difficult to rate this item, as on Sunday eve I would have given 5 stars, my roast beef was cooked perfectly and my husband gave his nod of approval for the roast potatoes, there was only one fly in the ointment, it blew out my electric. It was working fine then 'pop', all the sockets had blown.......It took longer to reach the fuse box than to fix it and happily the oven carried on working until the meal was cooked. I had talked myself into believing it was just a coincidence and no way was the oven to blame for the outtage, until the following morning.I had left the cleaning of the oven until morning and dutifully followed instructions, pouring in the hot water, a dash of detergent, lid on, handle down switch on plug and turn dial to wash, turn on timer and FLASH, BANG!! The damned thing had blown up and blown all the sockets around the apartment again. Just not good enough I'm afraid. The oven is boxed up and ready to return, such a shame but too much of a liability to have in the house.Conclusion: I love the idea of the halogen oven and as I'm disabled it can make my life easier so would try again, though maybe not this brand.

This is a fantastic device. Much better than a conventional cooker for small amounts of cooking. It's super quick and cooks really evenly . It's simple to clean and easy to use. Is hazard a guess it's more cost effective than a regular oven as well..

I prefer my last 3 ovens with a hindge lid but no new ones available
