Pepto bismol chews have helped a lot, especially when it is hard to keep anything down. This product is more expensive than their other items but I think it tastes the best compared to the regular flavor which leaves a weird after taste in the morning if taken at night. I wish the bottles came in more chews per bottle so I would not have to buy them more often but that is just a personal preference. The bottle is very small so it can be taken in a bag or kept in the car.
