EtiProfessional Diffuser

This works on my ETI 8000 hairdryer....I couldn't confirm when buying if it did so I took a chance and it paid off. I'd previously been using a Revlon hairdryer for it's diffuser which was at least 15 years old so wanted to upgrade. Initially it was a bit of a squeeze to get the diffuser onto the hairdryer but once it's on, it stays in place nicely and has not popped off yet and I've now used it 3 times. It's changed my curls dramatically and the drying time is around 10 mins even though I'm blessed with very thick hair :-).I would definitely recommend this!

I have a Toni and Guy hair dryer so I was really worried whether the diffuser would fit as the barrel of the hair dryer is quite thick.It fitted perfectly, You have to give it a really good push to get it on but thats it, because of the springs on the inside it holds on to the hair dryer very snuggly, it actually looks like it is part of the hair dryer.A product that is described as universal, it actually is.

A good replacement for my old diffuser It fits the nozzle of my Nicky Clark NCD10C securely. (It's a pretty old model.) The diffuser is quite bulky - but needs to be, as a universal model has to be able to fit over the top of a variety of nozzles, rather than attach to the end, as the original diffuser would have done. I think the key to these type of universal diffusers is that it fits best where the hairdryer nozzle is tapered. My one tapers down to about 4cm, so fits into the ETI opening easily, and then once pushed in, the spring mechanism grips the slightly wider nozzle a bit further up. It does get fairly warm, but that's inevitable, given what it's for! However, there are no unpleasant burning plastic smells, and the diffuser seems solidly made and of a good material. All in all I'm pleased with my purchase.

It fitted a Tresemme Phillips hairdryer perfectly although it was a tight fit to get on and fully pushed into position but that means it stays on during drying. My hairdryer nozzle has a 58mm diameter and that was more or less at maximum for the diffuser so the dimensions given by the product description can be trusted. It has a clever metal coil that acts like an elastic band to grip the hairdryer nozzle. Brilliant and reasonably priced product I am so glad I took the risk and purchased it.

It’s a universal push onto any hairdryer diffuser and therefore probably not worth £15. It has ETI on the box and shows it on the pic but it’s not on the actual diffuser

Be careful. I noticed a burning smell from my hairdryer so took off the diffuser and the end of my hairdryer was melting. I didn't put it on a high setting either. Not sure if my hairdryer can take having this heavy duty attachment onto it.The diffuser goes all the way up the shaft of the hairdryer so it must get over heated. Probably better to pay for a combo. The diffuser is also very small in surface area so the heat does not distribute that well into the hair. The ends get dry. There are better diffusers in the shops.

Good professional diffuser which is suitable for Eti hairdryers. Surprised at how large the attachment is but fits on my hairdryer perfectly. Do note that although it says it is universal, I checked on the official Eti website and it states that it is universal to Eti hairdryers so may not fit other brands.

Good sturdy product and fits my hair dryer perfectly with no effort,but I do have an ETI dryer so can't vouch for it fitting perfectly any other dryer though it looks as if it should by looking at the design. With careful use I hope it lasts as long as my last one - 30 years! It arrived before time stated and was well packaged.
