Affordable Organic Yacon Syrup (sugar alternative)
I have an autoimmune disease and so avoid sugar. This is a great sugar alternative and can be used the same way as sugar (ie 1 tbsp for 1tbsp). It has a gentle sweet flavour and is ideal for baking. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stuff but ridiculously expensive.
What a good product, sweetness without calories. I was making my own from yacon tubers from my garden, a long process, and forgot about it in the final stage so it was burnt. I was so upset I decided to buy some despite the exorbitant price. It was good for sweetening but didn't last long so I'm making my own or sticking to stevia until they bring the price down massively.

Je ne peux rien dire au sujet de l'impact sur la glycémie car je ne suis pas sensible à ce problème.Mais j'ai bien aimé ce produit. Si les allégations "santé" que j'ai lues à ce sujet sont sérieuses, ça me parait être un produit très intéressant pour diminuer les effets néfastes du sucre qui empoisonne l'alimentation occidentale.J'ai cuisiné avec (gâteau au chocolat), mais j'ai dosé un peu au hasard...Depuis, j'ai lu que 25 g de ce sirop remplacerait, 150 g de sucre. A vérifier...

Añade intensidad al sabor
Quería probarlo, ya que es un edulcorante natural con muy buenas propiedades desde el punto de vista de la salud. No lo usaría para líquidos porque habría que utilizar mucha cantidad, pero sí me gusta mucho para añadirle un punto de sabor e intensidad al yogur o a algo que ya tiene dulzor: fruta troceada, cremas dulces, frutos secos (que se pueden tomar sin endulzar) fruta deshidratada, etc. El resultado es un postre rabiosamente dulce y delicioso. Me encanta el punto que aporta, entre amargor y dulzor.
