5M*5cm Kinesiology Elastic Tape Rope Sports Physio Muscle Strain Injury Support 1 Roll

If you are decidedly hairless then this product is for you! If, like me, you have those pesky hairs in normal places then you may find this tape truly painful. I used it twice to help support my preggo bump (read somewhere it would help) and I essentially got a tummy wax from the tape without any support beforehand. I cant imagine putting this on a sprained wrist, ankle or as a support on anything that has skin or hair!

Now it's 25th May.This was ordered to cover a knee strain I had, but this is now better and I no-longer require the product. It is cheap so i'll let it go, but I will not go to this supplier again

Very good KT tape. Lasts around 3 days and stays on after a shower. I recommend you cut round the corners to help it to stay on without getting caught on clothes

+ its really cheap and arrived faster than expected. It's easy to cut and does the job support wise.- it is REALLY painful to take off. I've used KT tape a lot for various injuries and this one is the worst I've had for taking off. It leaves blue all over my knee and really hurts my skin once it's been pulled off.

Maybe I'm doing in wrong but this did nothing for my dodgy knee (I followed the instructions too)?Ah well, at least it's useful for holding dressings on without using pins.

Have not used it properly yet but my friend says it is very good

I was allergic to the glue on this tape so I couldn't keep it on for long. However it was useful for practising the taping. Next time I will order a more expensive tape.
