Flimsy quality and poor construction. Not worth full price.
I hesitated when writing this review as I really needed to factor in the price we paid for them. We paid less than £4 and for that they are just about worth keeping.I know that our daughter with her children enjoy how they look on their table. But they are built flimsy and functionally the holes for the pepper pot are very small. You almost feel as though you are going to shake the robot apart when using It to put pepper on your food. The mechanism used to wind the robots up seems as cheap as the overall quality of the construction, which is very flimsy. If we had paid full price for these they would have gone back without hesitstion. As it is they are just about worth keeping but I can imagine that they will be broken and binned before long.A shame really because if they had been made more robust and less flimsy they could have been worth buying, perhaps not at full price though.

Robot wars on your dinner table!
The media could not be loaded. There's not a lot to say about salt & pepper shakers but as far as these go, they're the most unique and coolest ones I've come across and being a bit of a geek & gadget fan, they suit me to a tea.Pros:- They look quirky and great! Goodbye, boring salt & pepper shakers!- It'll put a smile on all kids faces - even 30yr old ones- They stand out by a mile and will get some good comments from guestsCons:- They hold very little salt/pepper - it's just the head you fill, not the body- When you wind them up they don't walk straight (it's not exactly high tech, so is forgivable)- The pepper shakers holes are very small - only good for very finely ground pepperWind 'em up and set 'em loose against one another and see which one stands victorious. Salt vs Pepper... FIGHT!

Novelty comes to the Table with Suck - Bots- Spice up your Life
Fun items!I bought this Robot salt and pepper set as a bit of fun for my husband, did he think it fun?Yes, well at least it beats me being the one to pass the salt all the time now during dinner. Both of the robots (bots) only hold a small amount of salt and pepper in each, as much as being S & P pots they are more of a novelty value. Wind them up and away they go. Yes, they really do work, well walk, slowly and if you waited for them your food might just get cold. What I like about them is the fact that their key can't get lost (it is one that doesn't come out). They are quite well made the plastic not too flimsy and they certainly don't fall over even when empty, unlike some of the plastic wind up toys you get in easter crackers, great for racing with after dinner, who will be the winner the S or P?Great for any boys out there wanting to play with wind up toys, you can with these as they are functional too. No excuse now for having that plastic salt tub on the table.Novelty comes to the table from Suck but with function too, another great item from the Suck range.

Rubbish
Plastic robot walking bit okay. Actual salt and pepper container about the size of a thimble. Constantly filling it up which has its own problems as being so small.

Great item & Incredible customer support
Great gift for a geek :) these are just so much fun! First packet didn’t work that great but sellers repsonse was second to none. Faultless.

Small area for S&P, easy to over wind.
They are great as a talking point, but as the kids get hold of them, and they get over wound, they stop working.Love the look, the section that the salt goes in, Is very small.

Bit of fun, not to be taken too seriously.
We saw these little guys and they made us chuckle, so we bought them for our friends. The salt and pepper is stored in the head of each robot, so they don't hold a huge amount. The quality is as expected from a small plastic 'toy', so I'm not sure how long they'd last if given to a 2 year old! If you bear in mind that these are a bit of fun then you can't go wrong.

Don’t fit a lot of salt or pepper in the pot
It is a novelty this is … it not big enough for salt and pepper . The department for it is the head so it only small so fits about 2 tablespoons in each pot . So you are forever filling it up .But it looks good and it works when wind up it do walk
