This item arrived in good time and now looks fantastic on our parents' Golden Wedding bench. I had thought it would come with the screws, but I now understand they are not sent because they do not know what type of material it will be attached to.When I sent an email asking for advice about the screws I was told the size needed to be 3mm, which was helpful.We are very pleased with this product.

This unit was made to my specification as far as the engraving was concerned, but I made the mistake of looking at the picture and not reading the description carefully enough. The picture shows a large ostensibly brass plaque, but what arrives is a teeny tiny thing made of some sort of plastic material.Now, on its own that is not an issue. It will stand up to the weather, and is well made with lovely looking engraving. It is also very light. All of that would be great if that is what you wanted. Unfortunately the picture shows something that is an entirely different shape and size.Since I wanted to replace an existing sign listing company names for a building it was entirely unsuitable for that use. However, if you want a small sign to put on a memorial bench that should stand up to the weather and not need to be polished then this could be the ideal solution.Still, partly my fault for not reading the listing carefully enough. For this reason, four stars. Product OK, description and photo very much NOT OK. Caveat Emptor!

Am very happy with my purchase, it is exactly what was displayed on the webpage, and fits exactly with the design parameters I was working within.Quality of materials outstanding, mine is used for a grave marker for my cat, and it has been exposed to the elements for over 12 months without the slightest decay on either the metal surface or the inscription. Drilled holes professionally done permitting permanent placement on a stone cover I placed directly covering the body.Quick delivery, excellent value, really helpful with the grief over losing my cat, a conservative activity and gives a permanent resting place. Highly recommended.
