I bought this for martial arts to try and improve reaction speed. I found it very useful and also quite fun, the problem is finding the right area to use it. If you have a garden with a patio, that would probably be the best option. One day I was using it in the garden when I realised this isn't just good for athletes but will also keep a half minded Labrador entertained for hours.Overall the ball is well made (as the dog hasn't destroyed it yet) so I would recommend it to any active person wishing to gain reaction speed in their sport, or alternatively someone who wants to laugh at their dog for hours on end.Hope this helps

Catching for my son hand and eye coordination greatly improved using these good fun for all the family

Really hard to use as it would bounce away in the opposite direction easily, honestly waste of money and my time as it was impossible to get.

arrived on time but surprised by its size, expected it would be close to a football size seeing its for goalkeeper reaction practice.

I perhaps should have gone for the smaller one as I don't have huge hands, but as an ice hockey goalie this does what it says on the tin and was exactly what I was looking for. I use it before games, it helps me to focus, trains my eye, and if I'm feeling a little stressed it also helps me to calm down.
