We found these sliders of good quality and useful for their purpose Good value for money they are good quality.The wardrobe moves with easy on a fitted new thick carpet.

I have to say I was VERY sceptical about these but I am happy to be proven wrong!I have a very heavy sofa with the most awkward screw in angled legs that break so easily it’s impossible to move the sofa alone with someone to life each end to prevent breakage...... I live alone and really needed to love my sofa so tried these and they are fantastic! One on each leg and the sofa glides around the carpeted living room with so much ease!! Very impressed!

I’m now at an age where I need some assistance when moving furniture and I’d had my eye on these a while.There’s quite a lot of listings for different ones, which made it more difficult to decide. I decided not to buy the most expensive, as often they all have similar results.Test 1: I first tried it on a coat stand, I have in front of a door to a cupboard, I rarely use. I positioned the sliders under each foot and left them for for a week before testing.Unfortunately, they popped off immediately. Granted the round sliders in this pack are too big, this could possibly be the issue. Additionally, despite the coat stand holding a lot of weight, each foot on the coat stand doesn’t have much weight going through it. This could possibly be the issue and I don’t believe this was a fair test for the sliders.Test 2: I have a heavy floor standing, jewellery cabinet which is also a full length mirror. Behind it, I store boxes and occasionally need access.I used 4 square sliders on each bottom corner. They are extremely simple to apply; ensure the area is clean and dry, peel of the backing paper, stick and leave 24hrs for the adhesive to bond.This time, I only waited the minimum time of 24hrs before testing. Yes, they did help and it was easier to move the unit with the sliders.Although, I think perhaps it could be improved upon. The weight of the unit pushed the sliders in to the carpet fibres and the unit was then catching again on the carpet. Perhaps there are deeper/thicker sliders on the market or ones with a surface that slides better.Overall, when using these sliders on a compatible item, they did improve manoeuvrability and I would buy again.

Very good under the corner of heavy furniture

They are easy to fit n the furniture now is movable but if you have thick carpet and underlay the furniture will still sink into it making a dent. This makes it a little harder to get the furniture moving but once it starts it will move easy.

These sliders are ideal for moving heavy furniture.I have a very heavy dolls house standing on a table which is impossible to move by myself. But with these sliders, I am able to move it with ease... I have only used them on carpet. They are easy to attach and adhere well to the table legs.A great product that makes moving furniture so much easier.I would recommend.

Put them on our dining room chairs and some have already come off after a few days

Works well so long as the carpet does not have too deep pile. Deep pile does seem to 'grab' at them a bit, though they still make moving furniture easier. Be aware if the adhesive area is beyond the widths of the leg, it does end up with dust and fluff stuck to it!
