The item functions well. My only complaint is they should give slightly bigger screws. Placing same or smaller wood screws to replace a bad hinge was not happening. Luckily I know the old toothpick trick.

Perfect fit replacement for old broken hinge
After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried. This product was a direct replacement for my old broken hinge. No modification needed, and even though it came with instructions, I simply unscrewed the old broken hinge and screwed this new one in its place. No muss, no fuss.
