Cool
These do work. We put two into an 'ordinary' size G&T. First impression was that they did not seem to cool as fast as ice, though we were having to use some tonic that had not been chilled. Nevertheless the drink was cooled. What was apparent was that at the end of the drink, the flavour was noticeably less diluted than it what I was used to with ice - it was 100% G&T all the way.The pouch that is supplied with them is very useful when you are freezing them. They will be good for use in the campervan, with no risk of a flood if the fridge power fails.I need to have more than the 6 supplied really which will increase the investment required at around £10 for six.

Very pleased with them for the money
Saw these in a shop in the Cotswolds and thought they were a good idea - much better than the 'stone' cubes you can get which, by all accounts, don't keep cold for very long. But they were expensive - nearly £30 which seems a bit excessive! So I checked on Amazon and 'voila!' - about a third of the cost! Got them, put them in the freezer and I use them all the time with whiskey - they do cool it down like ice but without the added water. Very pleased.

These cubes arrived very quickly and were well packaged together with a small plastic storage box: don't expect the tongs which are shown in one of the photos though.I used 3 cubes to cool my drink and worked well enough although you may need to use 5 or 6 if it is a long drink. My only issue is that they are quite heavy and I am slightly concerned about chipping my glasses: will have to wait and see.Overall a well presented product which does the job.

Ice cubes 2.0
This is my first set of steel ice cubes/wiskey stones so I can't compare them against anything other than..regular ice.Pros: doesn't water your drink downCons: doesn't really keep things that cold for that long at allThis product has a full price of 30 pound which is quite ridiculous, but is sold at around 10. I assume this is never actually sold at full price.

Steel ice cubes
I was expecting these to be great but I have to say I was dissapointed, firstly I didnt know they had liquid in them I thought they were solid cubes, and secondly they dont last long, I had a small glass of juice with 4 of these in and id say they lasted about 15 minutes, im thinking maybe whisky stones are better as at least they are solid and cold even before they go into the freezer, Dissapointed wouldnt buy again,

Really great
I have used some rock ones before and found that these were a lot better even though I paid the same price. Looks really nice in the glass compared to ice or rocks. These stayed cold a lot longer than rock ice cubes. I had a semi warm drink and using 3 of these made it nice and cool to drink in a few minutes compared to the rock ones where I used like 5 and couldn't get that cool. I don't drink alcohol so I use these in soft drinks, but using this to get a cool drink without dilution is amazing. After rinsing this with hot water for about 30 seconds I was shocked to feel that these were still cold.

These things are great if you are only wanting to chill a short measure, as far as tall drinks with mixers are concerned then these aren't fit for purpose, due to the weight of each cube they stay at the bottom of the glass, leaving the business end of your drink screaming for an ice-cube.In short great for Double measures, not so great for drinks with mixers

Stainless steel Ice Cubes...
Really cool, I highly recommend the stainless steel ice cubes. Brilliant. I bought them for a friend as a birthday gift. I have also tried them out and the definitely get the drink nice and cold without watering the drink.I put them in the freezer immediately, did not take long to freeze, it took approx. 30 to 45 minutes if that to freeze. Just rinse them in cold water after use and return them to the freezer for future use. I highly recommend them . I shall be getting some more when I have guests visiting me.
