Disappointing
Great product (when it works), but I had equipment failure from the mount, to charging, to purple distortion on the recordings, to being able to sync the software on the camera to my surface pro. I contacted customer services, who started off helpful and then eventually stopped communicating with me.Nice concept, but not yet ready for release I don't think.
