Installed this today. Takes pretty much the whole day. It's awsome. Steering wheel tuns effortlessly. Best upgrade yet on my ranger. Here is a few pictures of how far you have to dig into your machine. But again! Totally worth the work.

Stop reading reviews and order this unit! I had this power steering kit in my amazon shopping cart for over a year. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered it last week and I'm very glad I did. Price and concerns with installation difficulty held me back mainly. If you're like me... you chose the non power steering model because you save over a grand at the dealership.. but regretted it down the road. This kit is your second chance. I installed the unit myself over the course of 2 days. I broke the machine down the night before the kit arrived, then installed the super atv unit in about three hours the following day. I could have done it way faster but I recommend taking your time... I ran into no issues with installation and upon test driving the machine... I am VERY glad I finally chose to make this purchase!

I installed this kit in my 2016 Mid-Size 570 Ranger Crew a couple of months ago. The only reason I did not give a 5-star review is that the kit I received had the wrong length of steering shaft from the bottom of the EPS motor down the the rack and pinion. In my kit, the shaft was too short. I spent some time with Super ATV's technical assistance team and sent them pictures of the issue. They eventually agreed that the shaft in my kit was not the right length. To their credit, they quickly sent me another shaft that was the proper length. From there, I was able to finish the installation and the result is truly FANTASTIC! Honestly, despite the installation trouble (an anomaly, I'm guessing), the tech support team did well and the end result is worth every penny!

We are older and our shoulders are not good. The turning is so good with this kit that we can do it with one finger. The turning radius is much improved. Our son installed it in about six hours. He said figuring the instructions out took a good part of the time.We love our 570 midsized utv now and it cost a lot less than replacing it.

Somewhat of a challenge to install , took most of day to complete, but was well worth the time and effort.
