The pictured handled had clearly been used. I didn't check it when we received it because I bought two; the other was fine. I bought these in advance on a remodeling project so only discovered the defects in the other faucet package when I went to install it well past the 30 day return window. I went to the Ezanda store/web site and submitted my complaint telling them I wanted to buy another handle and supply line. They saw the defects and plan on sending me a brand new kit. This is all you might expect when buying online - correct. Love the stylish beauty of the faucets. Install is not difficult.

The media could not be loaded.  This item looks and works great. It is made of solid metal, that has a good heavy feel. After about 3 months, I have no complaints. It looks perfect with our black trim and black cabinets. I love the press and pop-up drain plug and the waterfall put spout.The water pours only into the sink and not on the counter, without splashing (some owner reviews of other faucet models complained about those issues).A little water remains on the top open spout after use. If you don’t dry it with a towel, you could end up with some mineral deposits accumulating there where it is visible.

This is the most beautiful faucet I’ve seen. Came very well packaged. It was the presentation for me! Looks awesome in my new bathroom vanity and I get a lot of compliments on it.

Clean and sleek looking with a modern design. They were super easy to install into our vanity as well.

Product seemed decent. Style is nice. However paint is already chipping on one side of handle base. Of course out of warranty. Also handle symmetry is off.
