Takes a little to get use to moving it around in your ear. There wasn’t as much wax in my ears as I thought. I like being able to see.

Kind of hard to see with spoon attached

I thought I had an ear infection and my doctor said to just snap a photo of the inner ear and send it to him and he would diagnose and send an order for medicine if needed. I purchased this product for that purpose but the first time I used it THE HEAD COMPLETELY BROKE OFF IN MY EAR AND GOT STUCK! Now not only did I have an ear infection, but the tip of the device is LOGED IN MY EAR! I had to go to the ER to get it removed, it was very painful and scary. It is irresponsible to sell such a cheaply made product that can cause severe damage to your hearing!

Just not worth the aggravation

My 20 month old son has been playing with his ear in pain so I bought this to take a look. Something in my gut told me to try it on me first so I can get the hang of it. OMG! It got STUCK in my ear. Almost dropped down my ear canal so I ran to the ER and they had it removed after 3 mins of trying to get a grip. Super scary! DO NOT get this! The doctor can’t even figure out why this is being sold without a prescription or approval.

I was excited to try this last night and followed all the directions. I tried cleaning my ears last night and went to bed with a sore ear. Today, my ears are in pain and I'm afraid I did something that may have damaged them. This product, even when you follow the directions, wasn't safe for me!

This wireless otoscopes mobile app asks permission to access my phone and my personal data almost in its entirety. The amount of data that it wanted to collect was a huge red flag. I’d look elsewhere for a less intrusive tool. Returned immediately!
