So far, so good.
We bought two of these, and they’re holding up just fine after a few months of use. We preheat the pots with hot water and are pleased that we’re able to serve a piping hot coffee for quite a while. They’re easy enough to clean, but because of their height, a wide sink or a deep sink makes the job easier.So far, after only using them for a few months, I would say that I would consider buying these again.

Leaks!
This product is okay but be very careful it leaked and spilled all over my car when I made a slight turn into a street. I thought the cap would have some sort of suction like most do.Overall it's okay, keeps the drinks hot and cleaning is pretty easy.

Product leaks when tilted
I returned the item because of what you see in the video. It keeps liquid hot for almost 3-4 hours and warm for the next 3-4 hours.
