I have another cup bought elsewhere that I love. It goes in the dish washer with no problem, but the one from Amazon can not be put in the dishwasher. The blue print is actually a plastic covering that flakes off. 20.00 for a piece of junk.

It is wrapped in the print and the wrap is bubbling and flaking off already. I ha only had it for 4 months and I am highly disappointed!! I wrote to Lilly and they didn’t do anything.

I bought this mug a month ago to replaced one I had broken. The colors of the design were not as vibrant as my original mugs and there was some "rippling" of the pattern as well. After a month of regular use, the design on the mug started to peel away. Every time I wash it, more of the paint comes off and washes down the drain. Today, June 5th, I decided I should return the mug. I see that my window of opportunity to return the mug expired on June 3rd. So disappointed. I love these original mugs, but this replacement is a poor substitution. You can clearly see in the pictures where the paint is coming off (replacement mug on the left) and the colors are faded. The original mug is 3 years old and looks amazing.

Received my Lilly mug as a gift . So expensive looking and it comes in a pretty matching box. Very cheerful colors as Lilly the brand is known for or course !

This is a beautiful looking mug, but unfortunately the pattern is a transfer which started coming off after only one use. This was around the lip where I was drinking from and I hand-washed per the notes.Disappointing quality.

I washed it in hot water in the sink and this happened. 😩
