Does exactly what I need to do!
Bought this skipping rope for my cardio workout. It comes with easy to follow manual on how to cut the right length. with various types of skipping exercises including warmup. The skipping rope is durable, waterproof and tangle free. The downside is that the handle is not foam or rubber therefore it can get a bit slippery if you start getting sweaty hands. Also, beware to measure the appropriate length before cutting the rope. Excellent value for money and definitely recommended!.

I am happy to have bought this skipping rope, as it is really easy to adjust to your parameters and comfortable in use. The quality is exceptionally good, and is just as described. The rope is nicely packed, which is a great quality indicator as well, from my point of view. First I thought it might be too light- that proved to be a wrong impression. 5/5 stars, thanks for a great workout tool:)

Exactly the Jump rope I was looking for!
An excellent Jump rope that fit all the criteria I was after and more. For an excellent price the Jump rope comes with a jump rope, bag and a free workout guide. The adjustable length mechanism is very easy to use and adjust. Spare screw kits were also included in the package. I sometimes skip outdoors and an outdoor protector was an excellent addition. Overall very impressed with the item. A must buy!

Well designed but broke on first use
The rope is well-designed and I love how easy it is to change the length. It feels solid and professional.I initially rated this 4 stars, however after just 1 use, for about 45 seconds one handle snapped and broke off. Can't be used now. Maybe I was unlucky but based on my experience I would not recommend.

High Quality, Strong, Flexible and Adjustable
The rope is of very high quality. It is made from flexible steel wire with protective coating that doesn't bend or tangle it also comes with an optional protector so it can be used either indoors and outdoors. It has a very long rope which can be adjusted according to your height. l absolutely love it.

Was very pleased with the flexi rope came with adjustable screws so could adjust the length to my small height.Rope is very light and I thought good Quality especially for the low price.Also came in a nice compact bag and some instructions,would highly recommend.

The rope is light weight and quick. The rope protector is useless because it moves n pulls the rope to one side but for the price it's good for a starter like me. Would say it's ideal for travel to its very light
