Lave-ly
I found an old recipe for lavender biscuits and was intrigued. This ingredient is wonderful, smells lovely and you only need a little bit so if you do find it a bit pricey, it does last a long time. Don't use loads of it however as whatever you're making will taste like soap. Lavender goes really well with ginger, and you can use it in myriad ways. Makes a really good lavender & rosemary rub for lamb. I also used it in little heart-shaped cotton pouches to hang in the wardrobe. You can use culinary lavender for non-edible purposes, but don't use ordinary (non-culinary) lavender for cooking.

Well pleased
My lavender arrived on time, well packaged and has been used several times to make lavender ice cream (something I discovered on a recent trip to Austria). Would recommend.
