Good build quality but pity the software
Had it for a week and found the Loupedeck software is so incapable when compared with Elgato. The build quality is good and it will be perfect if it was with Elgato's Stream Deck software.

Don't Buy This, But Elgato
So first things first1. Razer Synaps Software - IT LAGS! 3900x 32GB RAM 3080GPU and using the Razer software with the 3rd Party Software Called Loupedeck, You DONT need to install Synaps to use the streamdeck2. Software and the hardware is made terribly, while yes they do have good features one thing you will be disappointed in, is that there will be 2 dedicated buttons just to navigate the 15 squares to move over to a new section, this means they do not offer folders just like the elgato does3. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Buying Elgato Streamdeck do NOT buy this, you will regret it

don’t buy!
I have a plethora of razer devices in my setup, 8 or 9 to be exact, but this is the first time I’m genuinely recommending everyone steer clear of razer, I bought the stream controller less than 48 hours ago, and already the base of the controller has snapped off, for reference I have not moved it since I set it down 2 days ago, I went to pick it up for the first time to move it today and to my surprise the stream deck just lifted straight off the sticky base that’s holding to the desk, I assume that the baseplate must have been hanging on by a thread when I first set it down and must have come loose, either way it’s not the quality you would expect for something worth £144
