Wow, sad to see this phone is no longer for sale. I did not buy it to use as a phone, I was looking to replace device(s) I had used as MP3 player/wifi device only from previous phones when all 3 Samsung devices died without being able to be repaired in a span of two months. Cannot speak to it as a phone, but as wifi only device it is great. If you have younger kids you want to have something wifi only, I would go with this brand as a choice for something that is at least going to be upgrade-able or able to update apps for longer than your old two year old phone.Only complaint... the USB port is connected upside down? Which means my 50/50 ratio of plugging in charger still holds, lol.

My phone came quickly. It feels great in my hand. It feels like a higher end phone. It takes well enough pictures. No bloatware and works as hotspot! I play/download music, play games, check emails, and other millennial basics. I do not miss my old phone. What was most impressive was when I finally did have an issue with my phone, I went through some troubleshooting over email (on Christmas day), and was sent a replacement phone free of charge!

Not a bad phone. It lags a little when loading massive amounts of encrypted data - but that's to be expected. I used Sugaru to create bumpers on the sides and corners since there doesn't seem to be a phone case which fits it.It cost like ten or fifteen bucks to have Metro PCS switch the SIM card over - you can't do it yourself.

Came with the sim slot and case broken. I had to return the item.

The camera is awful and all of the pictures turned out grainy. It is better to invest in a slightly more expensive phone, which I ended up doing a month after purchasing this. However, it arrived in perfect condition and included all of the accessories.

Piece of junk. Quit working after 2 months. When it was working it sucked. The stats on the product look good but this is a low quality China-made product. Don't waste you money on this piece of scheisse.
