Product Description
The Food Doctor smoking edamame snack mixes each contain a good source of protein and fibre. The mix is either raw, roasted or lightly toasted and contains a combination of the perfect blend of seeds, nuts, beans and dried fruit. The Full of Beans Protein Mix is made up of broad, soya and black soya beans and corn kernels. It makes for a perfect mid-morning snack as its high in protein and fibre, which will help to keep hunger at bay until lunchtime. This combination is high in protein for the maintenance of muscle mass and growth and high in fibre to keep you fuller for longer. It is rich in folate for the formation of red blood cells and DNA replication and a good source of B vitamins for energy releasing metabolism.

Cracking mix of seeds and nuts
Really great taste to these. used to get them from Tesco but they have stopped selling this particular variety (you can keep your Chipotle ones with the raisins thank you very much).Really good and really healthy.
