Good quality product that works efficiently.I saw some people comment it doesn't fit replacement blades . Partly true , but if you remove the washer , it will fit with replacement blades, so not a problem.

I purchased this Irwin 10504409 Junior Saw to replace the standard type of junior saw that are ten a penny, fortunately I was working with someone that had this saw and when I saw the design and the strength of this saw I was impressed, it put mine to shame. Over the years I have lost count of the variations in junior saws that I have owned, some have lasted a few months, but I have actually owned a few that haven't lasted a few days, this design however is a high strength design and knowing Irwin they do not make any rubbish, so I have high hopes that this saw will last.I have now been using the saw for 3 months and so far the saw is very comfortable, effective and performs better than the majority of the junior saws that I have owned, one of the main features of this saw is the ability to be able to tension the blade to your desired tension. This keeps the blade very stable and allows the blade to perform more efficiently and with the heavy duty blade end retainer at both ends of the blade a very stable blade ensures straight cuts.This Irwin junior saw I think is a winner, I have used it quite a bit over the last 3 months and it certainly does the job probably better than anything out there. The only area that I have a little doubt in is the handle, as this is mounded plastic and as far as I can see this is the only week point in the design, but at the end of the day only time will tell and this is a more long term issue. I would however for now rate this on the use and performance so far and highly rate it as a very strong usable well designed tool, well done to Irwin Tools.

Used to saw a waste pipe in the kitchen, it cut through no problem the blade kept sturdy and the fastenings didnt let up halfway through.Surprisingly sturdy for a cheap hacksaw done the job and will be used for many more.Sharp, comfortable and made for the job.

Questo è un mini-seghetto (da metallo o da legno, a seconda delle lame da 150mm che si montano) di buone caratteristiche costruttive. L'arco è in metallo robusto, il manico in polimero composito rigido, la vite di tensionamento ben regolabile e robusta.La traduzione nel titolo (mal fatta) fa pensare ad un giocattolino per bambini, invece questo Irwin 1054409 è un seghetto di piccole dimensioni veramente ben realizzato, tanto da meritare un consiglio d'acquisto a tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di tagliare qualcosa di metallico in spazi più angusti di quanto possa fare il tradizionale seghetto ad arco con lame da 30cm.

Bastante robusta, tiene una empuñadura cómoda que brinda buen agarre. Me parece bastante util para las ocasiones en las que no sea estrictamente necesaria una segueta común y se quiera aprovechar el espacio en una caja de herramientas pequeña.

Por si precio es una compra muy buena

sierra estupenda muy manejable y lijera .perfecta para cortar cosas pequeñas y posibilidad de guardarla en cualquier lado . materiales de calidad y bien construidos .
