There are 2 sets of keys!!
My 14 year old son LOVES this! He put it together on his own with. I did have to help with the tires as he hadn’t secured one properly and it got lose when he rode it the first time so definitely check and makes sure the tires are installed and tight. We did have some issues because we didn’t know with the key not turning. Thought it was defective so reached out to the company and they got back to us in a couple of hours but by that time I had already found on Reddit that there are actually two sets of keys one for ignition and one to take the battery out. The ignition keys are tucked deep in the little “console” that comes with the bike. Otherwise great. Smooth ride and and goes about 35 in it’s own faster if you pedal too.

Communication and delivery questions
This is an update to a previous review that I left approximately one month ago. When I ordered the bike, I was initially given a delivery date of May 8. It was not delivered on May 8. The next day I received another notification that it would be delivered on the 9th. That didn't happen. Then, I got another notification and said if it's not delivered by the 15th I could come back and ask for a refund. I had said that I would update my review upon delivery of the bike or some other resolution.Ultimately the bike was delivered on the 14th of May. The communication and or trying to get a hold of anyone prior to this was difficult. I will say once the bike was delivered. It was very easy to put together. Came with all the tools necessary. It was helpful that I did have some bike knowledge and how to install tires as you do have to install the front tire. Everything else was very straightforward and again came with Great tools. After approximately one month of owning the bike, my son absolutely loves it. Rides it almost every day and has multiple friends that have the same bike.I would definitely recommend this bike over all.

Defective bike, Terrible seller!
As soon as I opened the box, I noticed the kickstand was broken. Since the bike is quite heavy and I didn’t want to risk it falling over without a functioning kickstand, I held off on riding it and waited for the replacement kickstand to arrive. In the meantime, I took the bike for a few short rides around the neighborhood just to check if it’s working fine and check for any issues like brake alignment, etc. Unfortunately, during those brief rides, several plastic components started to break. First the phone holder, then the finger paddle, and finally the throttle. Once the throttle broke, the bike became completely unusable.I reached out to the seller, who responded by offering to send replacement parts. However, as the photos I’ve attached clearly show, these are not simple parts that can be swapped out easily—they require professional installation. I told the company that this situation is unacceptable, but they’ve refused to offer a refund or send a replacement bike.I paid over $1,000 for a bike I haven’t been able to use properly even once. I don’t understand why I should be responsible for taking it to a repair shop to fix issues that were clearly present from the start. The product arrived defective, and I feel I’m being unfairly held responsible for their poor quality control. I’ve been going back and forth with the company for over a month now since receiving the bike, and they still haven’t provided a proper solution. They’re saying it’s not easy for them to send me a new bike due to shipping costs. Well, I don’t care what you’re gonna have to pay for shipping. I just need to have a working bike when I paid for one.If you’re considering purchasing this bike, I hope you’re fully aware of the risks you’re taking—not just with the product quality, but with the lack of support you may face if something goes wrong.

A great value overall.
The bike arrived faster than expected, it was fairly easy to set up, and everything worked great out of the box.I'm pleased with it.Pros: Performance (it is fast for the price, you also get a decent range even on full throttle)Look (it looks great and capable)Price and support (I had to contact the manufacturer for some assistance regarding the settings, and got an answer the same day that solved my issue).Cons: The suspensions (too firm in the back, I will upgrade to something different once the current ones fail)The wheels aren't of great quality (to be expected at that price point)The seat isn't very comfortable for longer rides (again, to be expected with cafe racer-type bikes).Overall, a very great value, hard to beat at that price point, especially considering the look! My advice: Get the additional 2-year warranty from Amazon.

Great bike - terrible directions
Assembly directions are awful. Be prepared to do a lot of figuring things out. Thankfully, I had the help of my awesome, mechanically inclined Dad! Once assembled, the bike is GREAT!Drawbacks:1. Am seeking an add on rack for gear, shopping, etc. Doesn’t seem to be one associated with this particular bike.2. Pedals like a BMX, so if you’re not comfortable with that, make certain batteries are charged.3. Rough ride over bumps, not much give in the suspension.4. Seems to have cruise control but can’t figure out how to use it (again, terrible directions for use). The good news:1. Rides a bit like a dirt bike and can handle dirt, grass, and pavement. Particularly great ride on a smooth road.2. Long, wide, comfortable seat. This is one of the things that I was looking for as I find most bicycle seats very uncomfortable.3. Good battery life.4. Good speed.
