May God Bless them with all they STAND in NEED OF to continue this fine work!!..... I could not put this book down until I had read it all!!

I read a lot but I’ve never read a book this quickly before. I couldn’t put it down. The individual stories of the animals (and children) brought me to tears a fair few times. It has inspired me to do more work with animal welfare, as it showed me everyone can make a difference if they truly want to. Ellie’s drive and ambition is amazing...

I love this book! Completely inspirational and I also wish I lived closer to be able to become involved in the projects. Perhaps in the future if this idea spreads throughout the world. I think everyone should read this book x I love love loved it. Couldn't put it down.

Great book ...shows what a wonderful connection we have with animals and how by helping them we can make their lives happy too

Ellie Laks is a wonderful woman with an ability to really connect with the animals. Her sanctuaries which she run with husband Jay are an example of compassion for the vulnerable, two and four legged. It is also well written.
