This book is full of wisdom, inspiration, practical tips on how you can add Metta blessings to your day, befriending your inner critic to calling back your power.This is a must read for anyone seeking inspiration on their healing journey.As I am on my own healing journey this book opened my heart to what's possible. It helped me see my journey from a different perspective along with the exercises I can incorporate as I navigate my way along my chosen path.What stood out for me was this paragraph regarding what the purpose of life is:"We seek to know and then we seek to raise. Through love, compassion, and understanding. Through acceptance of all other experience. Through hope that there is more. Through allowance of all that we were. We shine the light of source within and through it. Know thyself...That, dear reader, is the purpose of life".

The practices and wisdom is shared in a way that I have never seen shared like this before, and each one is a dive into your own truth. A heartfelt book that you can revisit time and time again- I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Melissa is an incredible writer - the way she draws you in to the story keeps you hooked! I couldn’t put this book down! Her story is in equal parts inspiring and funny - a truly grounded person who makes the mystical world that much more accessible!
