8 Reusable Baby Food Pouches-Refillable Bags for Homemade Food-Babies Toddlers Kids Freezer Dishwasher Safe

Best reusable bags I have found! I've been using them for 18 mos now. The spout on the side was weird for my kids to figure out at first, but not bad! It sure makes them easier to fill and clean having it on the side. I've found that if I rinse and scrub with a bottle brush and run through the dishwasher it typically gets everything out. If I don't rinse and scrub before the dishwasher there is always residue left. I LOVE that they are almost totally clear so you can actually tell if they're clean! And of course after such a long time I've lost some of the caps, but the caps from almost any other applesauce or baby food pouch will also fit. So I just save those and run them through the dishwasher before using on these :) the caps are difficult to clean and there is usually some residue left way deep down in there, though. So -1 star for that.I love putting yogurt in these for my kids (3yo and 1yo). Much less mess! I'll also put smoothies or other messy foods in them too. I've only recently started experimenting with homemade baby/toddler pouches but they are great for that as well!UPDATE: in the few months since I wrote this review, I've had to throw out all of my pouches. Mold began to grow underneath the zipper because food residue somehow got in there. I'm assuming this is due to age, I've had them for 18 months. I am not rebpurchasing, I'm looking for something without an envelope bottom and with rounded corners instead (food gets stuck in those edges). However these are very decent! And I love that they're totally transparent and dishwasher safe.

I love the large size, it holds twice as much as the store-bought pouches of food. I filled them up to the marks and froze them - nothing exploded, ripped or burst. So far so good! You definitely need to spray them out right after use. The food gets trapped in a couple tiny areas - around the mouth spout and in a couple corners. If you soak them though, they clean pretty easily. Washing them in the dishwasher doesn't really make sense since they tend to flatten out. The odds that my dishwasher will aim perfectly inside these and clean them is pretty slim. I'm very happy with them so far and my daughter gets very excited when she sees them. I'm able to make healthy organic and locally-grown food and then blend it up and funnel it in these. I use a medium-mouthed funnel when pouring in the food. There's little mess and effort! The material is sturdy and the ziploc closure is reliable so far.

I think these are excellent! I really like that they are see-through so you can be sure to get them clean. I've read a lot of reviews of these types of reusable pouches, trying to find the best ones. A lot of products are difficult to seal, don't dry well, hard to fill, etc. These are very easy to fill (albeit a little messy, but that's not really a big deal), I haven't had trouble sealing them at all, and as for drying, as long as you prop it upside-down and open, I don't see why it shouldn't dry out (mine did). I've seen complaints about the caps looking cheap. Well, it is a plastic cap. I'm not really sure what people are expecting. The important thing is that it actually screws on and keeps mess inside the pouch. The pouches hold up to 7oz and are very large. Actually, they look TOO big! When I gave my daughter 4oz of yogurt, it looked like she was sucking down a whole tub of yogurt haha! But really, that's not a big deal either. Overall, I think these are great and would buy them again...but hopefully I won't have to.Updated 2/27/17 - Well, after two years, these are still going strong. I used them fairly often with my 3yo when she was a toddler and use them daily with my new toddler. They still seal well, clean easily (the crease at the bottom is the most difficult to get clean, but even that comes clean with a bottle brush), they have no problems in the dishwasher, and it's so much cheaper to buy yogurt and either make or buy fruit puree to put in these than it is to buy those pouches. I do use the prepackaged ones when I'm out and about, but for home, these are great. Definitely something I would recommend (and have!)

Very durable, however not the easiest to use. We actually used these as reusable breastmilk storage bags. The plastic is so thick, it is hard to open and close the zipper at the top. Especially if it it frozen. Hard to keep the bottom envelope to stay open in order for it to stand

These are easy to clean except for the area right around the valve, which can be tough to get all the little bits out of. They're sturdy and my toddler likes them, although they are very very difficult to seal if there's even a tiny smidge of babyfood/smoothie that gets on the ziplock (which can happen easily when filling)... I have to use my teeth to close them, as my fingers aren't strong enough. Sadly, because of this, I'd go with another brand next time.

I like that these are transparent and you can see how much the baby is eating. The biggest drawback for us is that we've had these for less than a month, and already 3 of them have broke. Two of them formed a leak in the bottom, and one had the zip lock strip come off.Amazon seems to have more and more suspiciously good reviews for products that seem poorly made. I'm highly suspicious of all the good reviews here after having almost half of ours break in under a month.

These are the best thing that's happened to baby food since the blender. They came in 2 days (without prime) and arrived with 2 BONUS pouches and 4 BONUS caps. They are made of durable plastic that freezes well and are top-rack dishwasher safe. They clean easily and have no hidden nooks or crannies inside. You can also see through the whole bag so you'd know if things got funky. The opening is nice and wide and they stand up so I can pour directly from the blender or spoon food in. The zipper closure gets a nice seal and has never leaked. My kid loves them, I love them and I will definitely buy more and recommend them to everyone I know.Such a great product this is my second review.
