No instructions about VELCRO fastener strip
Received the item on time, I was about to return the item, as the velcro fastening strip did not hold the travel pillow in place. This may seem odd, but it might have helped to have a simple instruction to remove one layer of the protective/pad material. Once this thin layer was removed the velcro pad held fine.
