I am not a keyboard expert, but I absolutely love this keyboard. I use it for work and it has just enough of that click sound thats not too loud. The keys are super smooth and buttery and don’t get stuck. Iv’e gotten so many compliments and was asked where I bought it. All around happy with this purchase.

Overall, it's a good budget keyboard. I've been meaning to get an affordable transparent colored looking keyboard as I was going for a 2000s apple iMac monitor look. The low price encouraged me to give this one a try.(1) You can't really tell from the listing photos that its super lightweight, frosted (housing, keys are glossy) plastic-- so when you lift it, ya know you didn't pay a lot for it. It's feels like a toy--but--its light weight is also a plus if you want to take it on the go. It's also really sleek and slim when lying flat on my desk.(2) I read the previous review regarding the backlighting and understood that the keys can only be lit in a light blue shade. But the side lights are RGB.(3) One thing that really annoys me is that it's described as hot-swappable. Let me tell you: it is a pain to hot swap the switches on this thing. I cut off the legs on the gaterons (5-pin) that I wanted to use -- it bent the 1 of the 2 pins. So, I grabbed some 3 pin blue switches just to try - same thing. So, I'm stuck using the white switches. Hopefully, others will have better luck.(4) Can't seem to take apart or unscrew the housing; Screws might be underneath the white legs/pads which are attached using adhesive; disassembly may or may not be possibleFinal opinion: It's a fun little budget keyboard.despite the limited backlighting options and the hot-swapping stuff, I'll be keeping this one.

There are apparently different versions of the E-Yooso Z-94 and this one only offers a single color (ice blue) backlight. At the time of my purchase, this wasn't listed, but I see it is now which is frustrating.The keyboard in use is decidedly average. The switches on my board are Outemu white linear switches (standard linear, not silent) and they exhibit quite a lot of spring ping which is made worse by the lack of any sound deadening material in the case. The keycaps are a bit slippery on their tops, which is mildly annoying, but doesn't really impede typing. The side lighting is nicely diffused by the matte transparent plastic. It's a shame that the board is only a single unchangeable color as the added flare from RGB backlighting would have gone a long way at making this board stand out a bit. The best part about this keyboard is the compact 1800 layout. Other than that, the typing experience leaves a lot to be desired and the lighting is a personal letdown for me. For the price, I think there are better options out there, especially if you are not tied to this specific layout.

it has 13 different modes, including a few that react when you press the keys, which feel and sound extremely good when you press them, its a bit smaller then i would like but it wont take long to get used to. The lights unfortunately only have one color, sky blue, which still looks pretty good and its the only reason that this isn't a five star rating. 9/10
